FIG. 01 — ENTERPRISE

Enterprise builds with startup speed.

Your board wants an AI story you can demo — not another deck.

Most enterprise software projects die between the kickoff deck and the first working screen. Ours can’t: every phase is four weeks long and ends with deployed software your stakeholders can click. Governance is added to the method — never substituted for it.

FIG. 02 — THE METHOD, GOVERNED

Same method. Same Friday deploys. More signatures — yours and ours — at every gate.

Enterprise doesn’t change what we do. It changes what we document, who signs, and when. The Omega Method runs exactly as published — what you gain is a paper trail that answers your review board before it convenes.

  1. 01 ENDGAME

Omega Statement co-signed by your executive sponsor and delivery lead — scope on one page before a dollar of build.

  2. 02 EVIDENCE

Stakeholder interviews inside the org; compliance constraints entered into the Evidence Ledger.

  3. 03 BLUEPRINT

Architecture review gate with your security team; data-flow map delivered before code.

  4. 04 BUILD

Friday deploys to a staged environment under change control; demo every Friday regardless.

  5. 05 LAUNCH

Go-live checklist plus your change-advisory sign-off; rollback plan in writing.

  6. 06 COMPOUND

Executive reporting cadence; quarterly roadmap governance.

PUBLISHED METHOD · FRIDAY DEMOS · FIXED MILESTONE PRICES · NAMED SENIOR TEAM · YOU OWN EVERYTHING

One named delivery lead owns the whole line — one accountable person, not an account manager. If a gate adds a week, the milestone plan says so before it happens. Governance changes the calendar in writing, never the price after the fact.

FIG. 03 — SECURITY POSTURE

Everything your security reviewer needs. No meeting required.

We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold. What follows is what we commit to, in writing, in every Enterprise SOW.

  • [✓]POSTURE

SOC2-friendly architecture patterns as the default: least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging on every privileged action. SSO/SAML integration where your identity provider requires it. GDPR-ready data patterns where personal data is in scope. If your audit requires a control we don’t practice, we tell you before contract — not in week six.

  • [✓]DATA HANDLING

All work happens in your repositories, your cloud accounts, your tenancy — your data never leaves it. You own the code, the infrastructure, and the data from day one. No client data is used to train models; AI providers run on enterprise no-training tiers, named in the architecture doc. Secrets live in your vault. Access is per-person, logged, and revocable the day the engagement ends.

  • [✓]PAPER

We sign your MSA or provide ours. DPA available and executed before any personal data moves. Subprocessor list, entity information, and certificates of insurance on request. Team members working in your environment are named in the SOW; background checks accommodated where your policy requires them.

  • [✓]AUDIT SUPPORT

We complete your security questionnaires. Delivery includes a security documentation pack — architecture diagrams, data-flow maps, access matrix, and the technical decision log — written while building, not after. When your SOC 2 or ISO audit covers what we built, we support it.

  • [✓]CHANGE CONTROL

Staged environments (dev → staging → production). Every change lands by reviewed pull request through CI with automated tests. Tagged releases, written changelog, documented rollback. Production access restricted to named individuals and logged. Your deploy windows and freeze periods are honored — the Friday demo happens either way, from staging if it must.

  • [✓]INCIDENTS & OFFBOARDING

Defects and security findings are disclosed to your named contact in writing — never quietly patched. At engagement end: our access revoked and confirmed in writing, credentials rotated with our checklist, working copies of your data destroyed. Offboarding is a listed deliverable, not a courtesy.

FIG. 04 — PILOT → PRODUCTION → PROGRAM

Start small. Scale on evidence. Never a big bang.

  1. 01 PILOT · 4–8 WEEKS

Prove the fit before the program

One scoped capability, built and deployed in your environment under your controls. The pilot proves three things at once: the method, the governance fit, and the security review. The AI Accelerator — $24,500, three weeks, in your existing product — is the lowest-risk pilot shape most teams start with. Ends with live software and a decision, not a slide deck.

EXIT: LIVE SOFTWARE · SECURITY REVIEW CLEARED · GO/NO-GO ON PRODUCTION

  2. 02 PRODUCTION · SEQUENTIAL 4-WEEK PHASES

Full scope, never a black box

Full scope, run as sequential 4-week phases. Each phase is fixed-price at Blueprint signature, ends in a production deploy, and is accepted against written criteria before the next phase bills. No nine-month black box — you can stop at any phase boundary and keep everything.

EXIT: EVERY PHASE ACCEPTED IN WRITING · STOP AT ANY BOUNDARY · YOU KEEP IT ALL

  3. 03 PROGRAM · STANDING CAPABILITY

    Dedicated Teams at portfolio scale

Two or more standing squads at $32,000/MO per squad under one roadmap governance layer, Enterprise terms, cross-squad technical lead, unified quarterly planning. For organizations running a portfolio of builds.

EXIT: QUARTERLY OMEGA STATEMENT · PER-SQUAD 30-DAY FIT GUARANTEE

Every shape ends in deployed software. The difference is how much of it, under how much governance. Stakeholder cadence is identical in all three: working demo every Friday, executive readout on your calendar, one named delivery lead throughout. Not sure which shape fits? That’s the Product Session’s job — 30 minutes, and you leave with a recommended shape and a draft scope, whether or not you hire us.

FIG. 05 — FOR PROCUREMENT

The facts your procurement team will ask for.

  • PRICING

From $95,000 — a floor, not an anchor to discount from. Priced as the equivalent fixed-scope build plus 30–40% for what enterprise genuinely adds. You see that math instead of finding it hidden in the number.

  • BILLING

Milestone-based, 40/30/30 against signed milestones. Each milestone has written acceptance criteria in the SOW and is independently accepted before the next is billed.

  • TERMS

Net-30 tolerated here — and only here.

  • PAPER

Your MSA or ours. DPA standard. Security questionnaires completed as part of the engagement, never billed as extras.

  • INSURANCE

Certificates of insurance and entity information on request.

  • REFERENCES

Client references on request, matched to your industry where possible.

  • GUARANTEE

Milestone acceptance criteria in the SOW; no milestone accepted, no milestone billed.

  • KICKOFF

Typical signature-to-kickoff: two weeks — long enough for access provisioning, short enough that momentum survives procurement.

  • CONTACTS

One named delivery lead on our side, one executive sponsor on yours. Escalation path written into the SOW.

No discounts, for anyone — the published-price rule holds at every size. What flexes is scope and sequencing, never the integrity of the number your procurement team compares.

FIG. 06 — ASKED BY EVERY REVIEW BOARD

Straight answers for the review board.

These five come up in every enterprise conversation. The answers below are the same ones we give in the room.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

We don’t claim certifications we don’t hold. Our delivery is SOC2-friendly by design: your accounts, audit trails, documented controls, staged environments. We complete your security questionnaires and support your auditors on everything we built. If your policy requires a certified vendor, tell us in the Product Session and we’ll say plainly whether we fit.

Can you work under our MSA and sign our DPA?

Yes. Your paper or ours. One round of legal review is priced in; if your process needs more, that’s normal here — it’s part of why Enterprise pricing carries enterprise overhead.

Where does our data live, and who can access it?

In your cloud accounts and your tenancy, always. Access is limited to named team members, logged, and revoked at engagement end. No client data trains models — providers run on no-training enterprise tiers, named in the architecture doc.

How does billing work?

40/30/30 against signed milestones with written acceptance criteria. Each milestone is accepted before the next is billed. Net-30 tolerated. No hourly rates exist anywhere in the SOW.

Do you really deploy every Friday inside an enterprise?

Yes — to a staged environment under your change control. Production releases follow your windows and your sign-off. The point of Friday isn’t recklessness; it’s that you see working software every week instead of a status report.

How the method itself works — all six stages and their artifacts — is public. See the Omega Method → Scope smaller than you thought? The 4-Week MVP Sprint is the same method at $39,500 fixed — no enterprise overhead if you don’t need enterprise process →
